Gym Rules
- Closed toed shoes only.
- Children 13 years of age are not permitted use of the gym without a parent present and must have a fitness assessment before entering the gym.
- 14 – 16 year olds must have a fitness assessment completed before they can begin to use weights.
- No slamming weights.
- 30 minutes on cardio equipment when others are waiting.
- Wipe down machines after use.
- Maximum of 15 patrons in a group class.
- Group classes will be offered first to members.
- No foul language.
- Always be courteous to other gym members!
