Gym Rules

  • Closed toed shoes only.
  • Children 13 years of age are not permitted use of the gym without a parent present and must have a fitness assessment before entering the gym.
  • 14 – 16 year olds must have a fitness assessment completed before they can begin to use weights.
  • No slamming weights.
  • 30 minutes on cardio equipment when others are waiting.
  • Wipe down machines after use.
  • Maximum of 15 patrons in a group class.
  • Group classes will be offered first to members.
  • No foul language.
  • Always be courteous to other gym members!
  • HAVE FUN!!!


Monday – Thursday:
5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
