Classes

The SCCH Fitness Center offers a wide variety of exercise classes for all interests, specialties, and ages. Group exercise classes are taught by certified instructors multiple times daily and are changed every three months, providing a variety of exercise from yoga to cycling. Specialty classes are also available for those looking for personal training, diabetic classes, weight management, or sports enhancement opportunities. Classes and fitness days for children are offered many times throughout the year.

5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday:
5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday:
7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Sunday:
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
