-For the month of February, we will be taking a look at the most effective shoulder exercises
-today we are focusing on the anterior delt which is the front side of the shoulder
1. Start with feet shoulder width apart.
2. Keep a slight bend in your knees so they don’t lock out.
3. Bring your arms up so they are even with your shoulders- this is your starting and ending position.
4. Press the dumbbells upwards while keeping your core tight so that your back does not arch.
*if your back is arching you can cause injury
